"A murder mystery without a murderer"
The lives of one small BC town's residents are upended when a sensational tragedy strikes their beloved community theatre. The media circus pounces on the story, turning the quaint community into a hotspot for true crime tourists overnight. Conspiracy theory junkies brand everyone in the town as a suspect. What really happened? And can this deadly event repeat? What really happened? And can this deadly event repeat?
Theatre and film converge in this innovative world premiere. Tragedy, Slander, & Wine is a buddy comedy whodunit that also serves as a cautionary tale about media consumption.
This performance features mature content, including references to substance abuse, murder, and suicide. Recommended for audience members age 16+
